Rajat was born in Haryana, India. He got his Master’s degree in Physics from IIT Jodhpur, India, and a Bachelor of Science with Electronics specialization from Kurukshetra University, India. He is pursuing a joint degree doctorate under the SENNET project at the Technical University of Moldova (TUM) in the group of Prof. Oleg Lupan. Currently, he is involved in the Development of a testing setup for low-concentration of VOC detection. As his secondment, he will fabricate sensors via inkjet deposition and other patterning methods at Kiel University, Germany under the supervision of Prof. R. Adelung. He is fond of writing and reading Poetic quotes in different genres. He also loves to play Badminton and Cricket.
