Huynh-Nhu Tran was born in Tra Vinh, Vietnam. She is pursuing a joint doctoral program within the SENNET project under the supervision of Prof. Svetlana Mintova and Prof. Matthieu Denoual (UNICAEN) and Prof. Izabela Naydenova (TU Dublin). Her research focuses on the synthesis of nanosized zeolites for the detection of VOCs. Huynh-Nhu is a chemist who holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemistry from Tra Vinh University, Vietnam, and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Soongsil University, South Korea. Her Master’s thesis involved developing metal-organic frameworks as environmental sensors. Besides scientific research, she enjoys reading books and playing badminton to maintain a positive and active mind.
