Fatim Ezzahra was born in Morocco. She successfully completed her master’s degree in Porous Materials Engineering and Industrial Applications at Chouaib Doukali University in El Jadida, Morocco. During her final internship at the Catalysis and Spectrochemistry Laboratory (LCS) at ENSICAEN in Caen, she was involved in the the synthesis and characterization of innovative catalyst materials, such as titanosilicate, to remove sulfur-containing molecules from biodiesels derived from used waste oils. Currently, she is pursuing a joint doctoral program within the SENNET project under the supervision of Prof. Svetlana Mintova and Prof. Matthieu Denoual at UNICAEN. Her research focuses on the synthesis of new nanosized zeolite structures for the detection of VOCs. She enjoys reading books, meeting new people, exploring new places, and tasting traditional foods.
